Thank you for shopping with us. Each 3D‑printed boat we offer is made to order as a collectible item. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if one of the following applies:

1. Item Arrived Damaged

If your 3D‑printed boat arrives damaged, you must provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging it arrived in

These photos help us verify the issue and process your refund quickly.

2. You Did Not Receive the Digital File You Purchased

If you purchased a digital file and did not receive it, we will verify your order and resend the file. If the file still cannot be delivered, you are eligible for a refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because all 3D‑printed boats are custom‑made, we do not accept returns of physical items under any circumstances. Digital files are also non‑returnable once delivered.
