All physical items are made to order. Each boat is custom‑printed with precision, and slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

Digital Files

Digital purchases are delivered electronically. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at checkout.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. We do not store your payment information.


4. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the order. As stated in our Shipping Policy, production can take up to 30 days before shipping due to the custom nature of our products.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept physical returns of 3D‑printed items.

Refunds are only available if:

  • The item arrived damaged and you provide clear photos, or

  • You did not receive the digital file you purchased
